Elementary Transition

What is Elementary Transition?

The Elementary Transition aims to bring transition information, resources, and services to elementary students and parents. Exposing parents and students to the transition process at an earlier time in students' lives better prepares them for the transition to adulthood. The Elementary Transition program makes the concepts of the transition process engaging and easy to understand for young students and provides them with age-appropriate resources to explore their career interests.
