Community Flyers

San Jacinto Unified School District understands the important role non-profit, community and civic organizations play in providing educational and cultural opportunities for students during non-school hours. The district and/or school sites will digitally distribute information for qualifying educational, civic or cultural activities and events.

All approved flyers are distributed digitally to parents/guardians via ParentSquare. Flyers are also viewable in a public Google Folder but are not distributed in hard-copy form.

FLYER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To see if your organization's flyer qualifies for consideration for digital distribution please review the requirements below:

--organizations must qualify as a non-profit, charitable, community or civic organization

--flyer must promote activity or event of educational, civic or cultural value

--flyer must advertise activities and/or events within the local geographic area

--flyer must include the following disclaimer: "This organization and its activities are not related to or sponsored by San Jacinto Unified School District."

--flyer must not promote fundraising for any outside organization

--flyer must be submitted in PDF format

--flyer must include an English version and a Spanish version merged into a single PDF file with English on the first page

IMPORTANT DATES

++flyer requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to distribution date

++flyers will not be processed for approval or electronic distribution during school breaks

++flyers will be reviewed for distribution beginning one week prior to the first day of school and ending four weeks prior to the last day of school
