The entire SJUSD community is invited to see the science and engineering fair and art contest winners, as well as participate in science experiments, engineering activities, stargazing, games and crafts!

All SJUSD students are on winter break, December 23, 2019, through January 13, 2020. Students are to return to regular school schedule on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

SJUSD's Dual Language Immersion program at Hyatt World Language Academy announced enrollment openings for second semester (January 2020) in second, third and fifth grades.

SJUSD is hosting a workshop for all elementary, middle school and high school parents/guardians on Monday, December 16, 6:00-8:00pm with a professional law enforcement officer and leading educator on social media and behavioral threat assessments, Clay Cranford.

The Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) at SJUSD’s San Jacinto High School earned an overall unit assessment score of “Exceeds Standards,” the highest rating attainable during their evaluation on October 28, 2019, by the Headquarters AFJROTC under the U.S. Air Force.

Under the new Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), a portion of state funding will be determined based on demographics of student population. Some families have been selected to complete the form to assist San Jacinto USD to receive the necessary resources to continue providing all students with the highest quality of education available.

On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, California Casualty formally congratulated San Jacinto Leadership Academy (SJLA) for being named one of California’s Distinguished Schools for 2019.

Nine winning recipes were selected from the 45 recipes submitted for the annual Golden Fork contest held May 17, 2019, at SJUSD's Central Kitchen located at 221 Bissell Place.

San Jacinto Unified School District’s San Jacinto High School has announced their Valedictorian, Salutatorian, and Historian for the Class of 2019, from a list of 550 graduating seniors that will walk in the annual ceremony on June 6, 2019, at Tiger Stadium, 500 Idyllwild Drive.
