Monte Vista Middle School students spent the month of October exploring their college dreams through a variety of fun and engaging College Kick-Off activities organized by school counselors! Throughout the month, students participated in a door decorating contest, created college pennants, showed their college spirit by wearing college gear, tested their knowledge with college trivia, and more!
AVID students also got involved by creating college fair displays and sharing what they learned with classmates during lunch, answering questions and highlighting opportunities at different colleges and universities.
These activities encouraged students to explore the many possibilities that await them after high school. It's never too early to dream big and plan for the future! Together we can build a bright future for all of our students!
