In March, San Jacinto Leadership Academy (SJLA) was officially recognized as a California Distinguished School, honoring its commitment to student achievement, leadership, and academic excellence.
At the May 14, Board of Trustees meeting, Misael Tovar Diaz, District Representative for the Office of Assembly Member Dr. Corey Jackson, presented SJLA with a copy of Members Resolution No. 791 recognizing this prestigious distinction. The celebration continued on May 15, when cadets were shown the commemorative banner that will be proudly displayed on campus.
