San Jacinto High School freshman Thailene Hernandez is making her mark on the soccer field at both the local and international levels. Thailene has been selected to the Institute of Mexicans Living Abroad (IME) and the U15 Mexican National Team, an impressive achievement that reflects her talent, determination, and hard work. Later this month, she will travel to Mexico City to attend an ID camp before continuing on to Puebla, where she will compete with the IME team as part of an Olympic development program.
At SJHS, Thailene earned a starting spot on varsity as an outside defender and contributed to the Lady Tigers having their most successful season in program history.
Congratulations, Thailene! We are proud of you!
