The San Jacinto Unified School District is committed to ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education in the least restrictive environment. Our Special Education Department provides comprehensive services designed to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities while supporting their academic, physical, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
We work collaboratively with families, teachers, specialists, and school teams to provide individualized services following the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), state regulations, and district policies.

Who We Serve
The Special Education Department serves students from preschool through age 22 who qualify for services under one or more of the 13 disability categories established by IDEA. Services may include:
