❗Important: Parents/guardians requesting records must complete the Records Request Form provided on this webpage and submit a valid picture ID along with the request. The completed form and ID may be returned to the District Office, School Site or emailed to the address provided above. Requests cannot be processed without both the completed form and identification.
Sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through SJUSD computer systems is prohibited, and may be considered unlawful.
