Annual Benefits Open Enrollment
May 1, 2023 - May 26, 2023
This year will be a “CHANGES ONLY” OPEN ENROLLMENT for all benefit eligible employees. This means all plans selections from the prior year will be carried over to the 2023 plan year, unless the employee would like to make elections for any of the following reasons:
• Change medical, dental or vision plans
• Add or delete dependents
• Increase or decrease your Voluntary Life and AD&D plans
• Update your beneficiary(ies)
• Enroll in Voluntary Benefits
• Change medical, dental or vision plans

Reminder, those waiving District sponsored medical insurance will need to complete a waiver form for the 2023-24 plan year during this Open Enrollment Period, even if you have filled one out in the past.
A Waiver of Health Care Coverage form must be completed annually.
Waiver forms received for the 2023-2024 plan year will be paid out with the June 30, 2024; next year's payroll.
