Monday – Friday, May 13th –17th - Year Books will be available for purchase or pick up in room 230 before and after school and at the Bell Tower during Lunches.
Monday, May 20th - Seniors pick up 2nd Clearance Sheet and attend all classes. Students will take care of any outstanding Cafeteria fees, Library fees, and Sports fees, as well as attendance and discipline issues before they are allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Tuesday, May 21st -Seniors must attend all classes and follow the pull out schedule to pick up their cap and gown.
Seniors will be called, according to schedule, to meet with the Herff Jones representatives from 8:00-11:00am.
Tuesday, May 21st - Band Banquet in Gymnasium @ 5:00 PM.
Tuesday through Friday, May 21st -24th – Advanced Choir Try Outs - Sign up in room 772 (choir room) for your appointment to try out.
Tuesday, May 21st - Longevity Recognition & Retirement Reception @ 5:00 PM in the Media Center at the District Office.
Wednesday, May 22nd -Seniors should attend all classes.
Wednesday, May 22nd - Solar Boat Award Ceremony @ 5:00 at EMWD. See Mr. Hilkey for details.
Wednesday, May 22nd - SJHS Scholarship Night @ 7:00 PM in the Gym. Cap and Gown required.
Thursday, May 23rd - SJHS Grad Night – Seniors check in @9:30am and return Friday, May 24th @ 5:00am. All seniors not attending Grad Night are expected in class.
Friday, May 24th - Seniors not attending Grad Night, as well as all other students, are expected to attend all classes today.
Sunday, May 26th - Baccalaureate - This event is optional for Seniors but those who wish to go should wear cap and gown @) 2:30 PM in SJ Assembly of God Auditorium.
Monday, May 27th - Memorial Day observed - NO SCHOOL
Tuesday, May 28th – Senior Awards in the gym @ 6:00pm. Cap and Gown required.
Tuesday, May 28th –SJHS Graduation Practice @ 7:30 AM in the Stadium. Remember, seniors are no longer allowed on campus except as a signed in guest (front Gate).
Wednesday, May 29th - Minimum Day and Finals Schedule for Periods 1st and 4th

Thursday, May 30thth - Minimum Day and Finals Schedule for Periods 2nd and 5th.
Thursday, May 30thth - SJHS Graduation Practice @ 7:30 AM in the Stadium.
Thursday, May 30thth - SJHS Graduation @ 7:30PM in the Stadium. Seniors report to GYM@6:30 dressed in Cap and Gown.
Friday, May 31st - Minimum Day and Finals Schedule for Periods 3rd and 6th.
Friday, May 31st - 2nd Semester Reporting Period Ends (Grades Due)
Friday, May 31st - Last Day of 12-13 School Year (K-12)
